Meditation is a practice, just like yoga.
We show up for ourselves daily to sit with what is, letting go of our attachments to what we think it ‘should’ be.
This is no easy process. It requires a ruthless dedication to living your best life. Some days will be better than others.
Commit to 30 days of Meditation with us, and we’ll provide daily tools to help you get started or to support your current practice.
Follow us on Facebook or Instagram and follow along everyday. That’s it. Plan to set aside 10minutes a day for meditation.
