We embrace our summer months here in Michigan and The Studio Yoga supports you in your efforts to get outside and enjoy this time of year with friends and family.
And to support you, we will be tweaking our Summer Schedule for the summer beginning Monday, June 10th.
Please note the following changes to the schedule:
Tuesdays - No 4:30pm class through summer - we will add it back to our schedule in the Fall.
Wednesdays - NEW Sunrise Flow added at 6am - Mornings are optimum time for your yoga practice - join us for Sunrise Flow!
Saturdays - We are offering ONE CLASS ONLY on Saturday mornings at 9am - this is an ALL LEVELS SLOW FLOW class. We will go back to two classes in the Fall.
Of course, we recommend maintaining a regular yoga practice and we’ll be here for you - Let us know how we can help support your yoga practice this summer by email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
